Introduction
Renley Watch Mfg. Co., Ltd. was established in December of 1983 to carry out the business of watch manufacturing through design, production and providing after sales services. At present, we employ approximately 150 employees and has a production capacity of between 80,000 and 100,000 watches per month to meet the needs of OEM customers.In 1991, we set up our oversea factory in La Chaux-de-Fonds of Switzerland, to produce Swiss Made watches to meet market of superior quality needs. Our customers come from every part of the world with main dominance from Europe, the U.S.A. South America, South Africa, Middle East , South East Asia and China. Indeed, we produce for several reputable brand names in Switzerland, France and the U.S.A. as well.
Operating System
Our company employs IBM AS400 Computer network system to process day to day operation and a separate PC network system to handle internet mail and news applications.We are the first watch manufacturer in Hong Kong to obtain the ISO9001 certificate in 1994. All our operating procedures adopt the ISO9001:1994 International Standard as a basis for quality assurance. All employees are mandatory required to comply with this quality system.
Besides, we joined the pilot program organised by Hong Kong Productivity Council under the sponsorship from Government to implement the Total Quality Management based on Xerox Management model in 1996.Renley's Vision

R & D
Our Research and Development team includes product designers, product engineers and sample making technicians. Over 15 years of our watch making experience and complete line of sample making machinery enable us confidentially to finish customer's watch sample without exposing to outside contractor. Recently we employ the 3D CAD/CAM software to work with a Swiss Made 5 axes CNC turning and milling centre and is enormously shortening the processing time of sample making.

Our production staff in Hong Kong are well trained by our Swiss Factory Technicians. We adopts the traditional Swiss assembling method for producing high quality watches. We have two production lines , which are manual and semi-automatic. The latter one is for volume production.
